4. Photo Data

Photos you submit are used solely to fulfill your print orders. We store your photos on secure servers for the duration necessary to process and ship your order. Photos are retained for 90 days after submission to support reprints and quality inquiries, after which they are automatically deleted. We do not use your photos for training, advertising, marketing, or any purpose other than order fulfillment unless you provide explicit consent.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest (AES-256).
  • Secure payment processing through third-party payment processors (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant).

7.1 All Users

  • Access: You can view your account information at any time through your account dashboard.
  • Correction: You can update your shipping address, email, and payment method through your account dashboard.
  • Marketing opt-out: Reply STOP to any marketing message or update your preferences in your account settings.
  • Account deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at support@thatsakeepr.com. We will process your request within 30 days.

  • We do not share the content of your SMS/MMS messages with third parties except as necessary to fulfill print orders (e.g., sending photos to our print fulfillment partners).
  • Excluding text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • Carrier message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

10. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
